SANTA BARBARA TRUST FOR HISTORIC PRESERVATION’S (SBTHP) FULL COLLECTION OF SANTA BARBARA PRESIDIO DESCENDANT FAMILY GENEALOGY CHARTS ARE NOW LOCATED IN THE PRESIDIO RESEARCH CENTER. To better preserve and protect these historical resources, the genealogy charts that were once on display in the Presidio Visitor Center were recently moved to SBTHP’s archival collection and are now preserved in the climate-controlled Presidio Research Center. Digital scans of the genealogy charts will eventually be available to researchers through their digital collection platform.
