The “Mundos de Mestizaje” fresco is open for public viewing on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm-5pm at the National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) in Albuquerque, NM. Considered one of the largest frescos in North America, this 4,000 square-foot mural depicts thousands of years of Hispanic history highlighting diverse cultural connections between people and places from the Iberian Peninsula to the Americas. The fresco is located in the Torreon on the campus at NHCC (1701 4th St. SW in Albuquerque). A digitized version of the fresco is available online at http://mundos.nationalhispaniccenter.org/.
