On Saturday, February 20, 2021, “Calabazas and Guevavi Missions Tour” will start at Tumacácori National Historical Park, 1891 E. Frontage Rd., in Tumacácori, AZ, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ($15 per vehicle). Calabazas and Guevavi were some of the earliest Spanish colonial period missions established in southern Arizona. In this tour, visitors caravan in their own vehicles, beginning at the Tumacácori National Historical Park visitor center. Participants must have high clearance vehicles for rough, rocky terrain. The tour is not wheelchair accessible and has been planned to allow for small group size with outdoor physical distancing as recommended by the CDC. Reservations are required.
